Cancellation and Lateness Policy

  A credit card is required to hold your appointment.  Once you have booked you will receive a confirmation email.  If you need to change your appointment this can be done up to 24 hours before your appointed time.  Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

 

Please note that if you are 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule which will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.   If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a no-show and will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
